A hedge fund warns of more emerging market volatility, "as distortions caused by uninterrupted waves of investment are corrected."

Does this simply mean they are overpriced?

If I had to guess, I would say they are referring to the recent stock market collapse in China after years of their unrelenting growth. So yes, things are overpriced to what they might be in the future. But my crystal ball is not as clear as some other people's. ;)
