Why fighting scenes on Thai TV seems so ridiculous

Featured Replies

Anyone thought about that? seems havent improve any for a very long time.

You could catch a glimpse of jetli, jacky, donni yen in action around 8pm onwards every day, on every thai local channels.

Also all scenes seem to involve some plastic guns.

ol macdonald lovin it

Target audience, mental age 10 yrs old, sadly when they get hold of real guns there has been no change

Because the Thai- acting "Superstars" are that in Thailand only!

Because it's cheap and nasty mate

But I believe some of the films ant to bad

Tony Jaa stuff don't look 2 bad if u like that kind of thing, not that it I've seen any

sorry to hear that you didn't figure out that everything between the fighting scenes is complete ridiculous as well.

I like the Japanese and Korean ones. Beautiful girls running around in underware......Jeez....I gotta get out more.

Ong Bak....... The clip will put you in the right place to watch the whole film......

It's art..... it's subjective..... Don't be hard on yourself!

Thai guys don't know how to fight one on one, so they don't know how to kid on to do it.

As someone who has spent years throwing people out of nightclubs and bars for fighting I can tell you ALL fights on TV are utter BS. Thai, British or American. The same goes for people getting shot on TV. If they actually showed what happens to people when they are in a fight or shot then people might think twice

But then it is fictional and NOT REAL thumbsup.gif
