Is seeking a g/f or wife considered 'working'?

Here's a chap in Germany who has put up a large billboard with photo of himself expressing his interest to find a wife. He's a farmer and looks fit and healthy, but like many german men, might be prone to beer too many.

Could you, or i, do that here in T'land? Sure some language problems, and for some of us (not me), some photo re-touching may be in order, but the message getting out on the billboard would leave no doubt of intention. Since i'm in CM, i guess simply rent some space from a shop along the moat and within days (hours) social media would pick it up and by noon the next day, every lady in CM would be cruising the moat to see my photo and read my particulars.

Would the police or Immig really care? Or would they want a piece of the pie?

I just go for a walk around the mall. No nead for a billboard. How ugly are you to consider doing that in Thailand?
