Single entry non immigrant O visa will allow 90 days and then you could go with wife to immigration with marriage paperwork to get a 60 day extension using TM.7 and fee of 1,900 baht (assuming your stay is to be with wife).

If you are above 50 years of age,, than buy a Non Immigrant O-A, that will give you a full year which you can extend by another almost full year if you like.

This is the best option.

However, if you don't have the paperwork necessary for a non-immigrant visa you could get a single entry tourist visa that will give you 60 days. That can be extended by 30 days, and then by a further 60 days if visiting your wife.

The Non O-A is a good thing but overkill (paperwork/cost) if the poster is firmly planning for only 126 days.

Marriage visa, should have 400 000 Baht in a bank before you apply for it.

There is no "marriage visa" and even if there was why would the OP need one?

The OP stated that he is married.

Applying for a Non O visa in the home country is possible on the reason of marriage in which case there is NO need to proof financials.

The 400'000 Baht thing is the one year extension in Thailand.

Again, the OP wants to stay 126 days, so no need for such circumstances.
