Bulking Diet - Healthy Delivery Services To Gain Weight

Recommended Posts

Hey guys, I was wondering if anyone can recommend some healthy restaurants that provide delivery. I am specifically looking for healthier type foods, with the calorie count information on each of their meals. (GMO free would be a huge bonus, but not required)

Thanks in advance!

Actually there was someone posting in one of the CNX facebook groups.. Possibly Chiang Mai eats.. Who were doing pre packaged meals for weight loss, with nutritional info and calories calculated etc.. Like a diet plan etc.. Buy x amount of days or a weeks pre made meal plans.

I suspect they could do similar for weight gain or custom calorie intake desires..

I guess I'm going to have to look into home cooked meals, does anyone have any information on personal/private chefs that can cook at your home?

Any good bodybuilder knows about food (or should). Learning to cook can help you a lot. Learning about food will help. The things you are asking about is not needed that much in Chiang Mai. Sorry I think you need to study and help yourself its not that hard and there are many good books.

I agree with you completely. I just don't have the time...

Just learn about a few easy meals and eat them often (not the most appetizing thing). But why do you think bodybuilders eat loads of chicken (easy to prepare), tuna is good too.. protein in a can. (can be made nice with some peppers, onions and other stuff)

Otherwise I think your out of luck. It really is not that hard to do.

Alternatively go to Oishy buffet and eat loads of raw salmon, you can also buy your own in many shops.

But good luck on your search hope you find what you need.

are private/personal chefs hard to come across in Chiang Mai?

Thing is a chef, makes things for taste, not for your bodybuilding bulking diet preferences. its a different kind of chef. But good luck, hope you prove me wrong. Normal chefs could not care less how many calories the food is and stuff like that.

Buffets :)

There are ways you can do it without putting on more fat than necessary, but it will mean eating the same foods a lot of the time.

Just adjust something like rice to increase or decrease cals.

Or you could just eat and slow it down if you're gaining fat too quickly.

There are many possible reasons someone may wish to "bulk-up," including: needing to recover from some medical problem/treatment that's left you underweight/emaciated; wanting to put on muscle-mass for strength and/or cosmetic reasons; etc.

Depending on body-type and metabolism, "bulking up" may require different strategies.

I believe that without knowing the context of your request that good advice cannot be offered here.

Beware of people here, who, succumbing to "Farang Grandiostiy Syndrome,"

Become (in their minds) oracles, prophets, healers, ready with instant diagnoses and one-size-fits-all remedies.

Why not go to Maharaj Hospital (the large public hospital on Suthep Road), and get a medical consultation with an appropriate specialist, or nutrionist, if there is, indeed, a "medical dimension" to your need to gain weight.

If you don't have the time to do a little research and prepare simple meals...

...then you don't have the time to eat 5 or 6 times a day and go to the gym every day and make use of the extra calories and proteins.

It's more a commitment that just eating 3 meals a day.

What you are looking for is not a Chef but a dietitian or nutritionist but I don't know where to find one. Possibly check with a hospital as they may have them and willing to work part time. But those would probably specialize in diets required for medical conditions such as diabetes.

I don't know what OP is looking for, but I know what I am looking for and I do not require a dietitian. In my dictionary "bulking up" is gaining weight. That means working out and eating a lot! And optionally drinking shakes. Just need to eat a shit load.

I have working out covered, going to Crossfit Chiang Mai. But the diet is lacking. I have delivery right now, but it's a bit bland and portions are small. I was considering just doubling them up, but I want to see what other options are out there first.
