100 percent a scam!
I get those regularly about telegram.

Note the spelling of whatsapp on the link.

If nothing else, that's a sure sign of scam.

I got this message about a month ago,I ignored it but 3 days later all my contacts were deleted, lucky I had a list of my contacts 

I got an email from a friend whose name ends with "tt"

When I checked the email it was spelt with three t's
