BANGKOK: -- THE INVESTIGATION into the share transfer and document-forgery case of the late tycoon Chuwong Saetang will be submitted to the public prosecutor by October 10, Crime Suppression Division (CSD) commander Akkaradech Pimolsri said yesterday.

The result of Monday's simulation of the June 26 car collision in which Chuwong was killed should be known in two or three weeks, Akkaradech said.

It will be compared to the known facts and especially the testimony of former deputy commerce minister Pol Lt-Colonel Banyin Tangpakorn, who was driving the car in which Chuwong died.

CSD investigators will interview the doctor who performed the autopsy on Chuwong for additional details and will also probe Banyin's car again, he added.

Well a fat load of good checking Banyin's car will do now. Apparently it is getting fixed up as we speak (according to reports from only days ago). This is ridiculous. I feel for the victim's family, an appalling investigation followed by an alnother pikey patch up job. Well done........
