earliest date to renew permit based of retirement

my permit to stay based on retirement expires on the 21st November, but stamped by the officer showing 28th October, ??. my question is what is the earliest date i can renew please as i think i may have to go back to the uk for serious reasons. before that quoted date, thankyou..

Do you have a visa or an extension of stay that is expiring on Nov 21st?

in Phuket they will allow u to apply 30 days in advance

BUT if u show a flight ticket out they have been known to do it 45 days

You're assuming the OP has an extension of stay which may be the case, but the two dates suggest he has a visa (non 'O-A' or 'O') that expires in Nov 21st and a current stay granted until Oct 28th.

What stamps in your passport are you looking at.

Is the 28th of October by chance the date on your 90 day report receipt.
