Has anyone come across Bethamethasone (a common brand name is Diproderm) drops (not cream) here in Thailand? I use this in my home country as treatment for external otitis, where the cream doesn't really work as it needs to get all the way into the ear.

Yes to be found often combined with an antibiotic such as neomycin.

Write (in block capitals ) on a slip of paper what you are seeking and give to the Pharmacist in a large pharmacy.

Steroid ear drops are only available in combo with antibiotic/antiseptics , and usually dexamethasone rather than betamethasone (same action)

Just ask for ear drops and read the label, anything with dexamethasone will work
