Suddenly all sites loads extremely slow,

The good people continue to hack to stop the bad people from their idiotic ideas idea how to censor Internet from people in Thailand?

I have read so many totally stupid explanations from authorities about almost everything, is it not time for them to understand that people accept their BS less and less.

If Prayuth wants to censor Internet a good idea could be to try learn some about it before he start to do it more- (it's already heavily-) censored.

its just the thai internet, I pay for supposed super high speed optic fibre, supposed to be 30mbps minimum, last night I was getting 880kbps and during the day I get 6mbps. What the service providers say you will get and what you get are two different things, even today at their office they said we should be getting 30mbps(saving face is more important) and they will send a technician out, mind you there was one here a week ago and he said we are only supposed to get 7mbps after replacing 4 month old components after the may installation, we only changed providers as they said optic fibre was running past our house). I put it down to another instance of them charging for something you will never get and that I doubt it is optic fibre at all but they refuse to admit that and yet they say they call themselves T(cant name them on here) but obviously they are actually lying.

You should always test your physical connection back to the ISP's Network Operations Center to rule out line/equipment issues, using the Speed Test link provided on your ISP's support page. Your modem/router should also provide a statistics page showing current physical link connection speeds. These should be close to your subscribed speeds.

Beyond this, your Internet Provider cannot guarantee any speed after leaving their networks, especially what you may be getting through their International Internet Gateway.

It's not "just the thai internet".

Been with True 5 years using their DOCSIS service. 50Mbps package has been beyond reproach.

Always up, always does exactly what it says on the tin.

I have noticed Internet pages open slower lately too... Even on sites like this on 13MB connection they used to pop open instantly

There is definitely something going on and I'm still looking for answers. If I only had 1 connection then it wouldn't be so clear but the fact is I have 2 internet connections from 2 different ISPs and they both crapped out on the same day and both have not returned to normal since. Really frustrating that we can't get a straight answer as to why it's happening.

The same "winkers" you didnt mention also come here and show me my speed is 10mb speed using ......OOKLA which is a piece of crap and rigged to show exactly 10mb everytime...............switch to speedofme and oh???? whats that 250kb!!

I don't think it is rigged.

I get varying results. I usually get 20 Mbs to local server, but when I change to a European or a USA server the speed drops to 800 kbs.

I complained to True and get all sorts of answers such as: "I can see you are sharing channel 3 with another user. I will move you to channel 7." Then asked me to do a test to the local server. 20Mbs.

I told her that when I try foreign servers I get 800 kbs. "Oh that is because it is peek time in USA and Europe." Standard answer.

Obviously something is going on.

Last night I found that when I tried to log on to some sites, absolutely nothing happened. No time out. No server not found.
