Help will be in Thailand for a month and i ancy going to another country for a week any recomandations?

Malaysia and Singers are pretty good, particularly the latter. No visas needed there for Thais and perhaps not for Laos, Cambodia and Vietnam? Singapore is a couple hours from Bangkok with Tiger, although a week there will cost you big, especially when doing highlights like the Night Safari, Sentosa Island, Oxford Street for shopping, the Quays for drinking etc.

Have you been to Bangladesh? Thai has direct flights to Chittagong several times a week. Sure you wife needs a visa, but so do you, and you can apply at the same times and hers will only be $13 US or so. Once you get to Chittagong you can visit the Hill Tracts. Up there they are buddhist and the region is very pretty. Then you can finish off at Cox Bazar where they have a beach 100 miles long, or something.
