Hi All,

I just buy a Kobe Tenderloin steak at Emporium.

Yes expensive (2500 Bath) but would like to know how to prepare it properly.

I just bake it without using oil.

About 5 minutes each side.

It is just frikkin awesome!!!

I dunno how to tell but if you wanna taste a real steak just go for Kobe Tenderloin.

it's that tender usually that 2 mts should be enough, medium rare!
