In Bangkok, seen in Tesco, Carrefour (sp?), Tops, Villa, Foodland, Siam Paragon, Emporium, etc. Expensive and not very good (Heinz, etc.). Tried making your own? No Bramleys, but possible.

I just bought a bunch of S&W brand, which I find good, at Rimping in Chiangmai.

Good ole American Mott's available at Villa Sukhumvit 33... not at Tops or Lotus Ratchada/Rama 3. Applesauce is a great substitute for vegetable oil in any bakiing recipe!

:D Simple enough to make your own. Produced apple sauce is very very sweet :o
