Bangkok Riverfront Hotel?

Featured Replies

Some family friends visiting in November have asked for a recommendation for a reasonably priced, mid-range (3-4 star) riverfront hotel. I've never stayed in that area so my knowledge is limited.

Suggestions appreciated.

Not sure how many stars Bossotel inn.I believe 700-800 baht A night.A large Buffet Breakfast included.A 5 minute walk to BTS station and water taxi.Have shopping center about A 3 minute walk.Robinson's etc.

It's A good area Riverside.

Website states 1400 Room only. 1600 baht with breakfast.

Perhaps you were there ten years ago.

We stayed at the Royal River Hotel once, not bad and good location. May be close to 2K a night now.

Chatrium is a very nice riverside hotel, not cheap though but occasionally get a good deal on agoda, looking at around 3000 bhat a night maybe cheaper some days but well worth it, views are amazing so are the rooms... infact I recently stayed at the lebua tower and to be honest it wasnt a patch on the Chatrium

Thanks for the suggestions. Turns out they booked a flight/hotel combo and are staying at the Riva-Surya Hotel. Looks good on their website but we'll see.

Nice they can't blame me if it sucks.
