can'y access yahoo since last night

I have TOT in northern Bangkok. Got home from work at 10pm and since then my overall internet is like a turtle-took about 5 mins even for thaivisa to load but couldn't yahoo. Same this morning searched online (I'm not a techie by any means). Similar problem someone posted on tech website two years ago gave suggestions to flush dns and do trace route, Did flush dns but nothing changed and trace route times out after 6 hops. What does this mean? I can access yahoo on my mobile so yahoo is not down.

It seems everybody is having TOT problems. I was fine until today. Now can't access any US sites. Thai sites are OK.

For anyone living in Wongamat Beach, there's a new open mall being constructed across the street from the Centara Grand Mirage resort. It's supposed to open later this year and will contain restaurants, cafes, a grocery store, etc. With any luck, the grocery store will be good. And the area could use a few more restaurants.
