Hi guys, I would like to know from anyone who has experience about buying of the ticket out of Thailand after an overstay.

If a person is caught on an overstay. Taken to courts, fined and then sent to the IDC.

1. Can the person buy the ticket out of the country from any airline?

2. Does the person have to fly to their country of origin only?

3. If the answer to no. 2 above is Yes, Can a person buy a ticket to his country or origin and at the same time have a flight booked from that country to another and interline the baggage? Basically, not entering the country of origin.
