Featured Replies

Don't don red shirts.

Maybe the NCPO should see the movie Red Dawn.

If the red shirt leaders are smart they will tell everone to camouflage themselves by wearing yellow shirts that would create utter confusion.

That would not work. The cops would then be arresting anyone wearing a yellow shirt and clutching a 500 baht note. thumbsup.gif

A Thai gentleman told me that there is a warehouse fully stocked with black shirts. What could that mean?

The New Zealand rugby team is coming to Rajamangala?

The final is on Saturday isn't it? Not Sunday.....

The ruling military junta warned that Redshirt leaders will be held responsible if their supporters go ahead with a plan to wear red shirts simultaneously all across the country Sunday.

Gosh I hadn't heard about this! Thanks Junta for spreading the word to every village and hamlet. Now Junta please arrest yourself for spreading this information.

Besides Man U, is Liverpool playing?

Besides Manchester United, Liverpool and Arsenal are also playing on Saturday 31st, so no red shirts for you on Sunday.

However if you like red and white stripes, Sunderland and Southampton are on the field on Sunday..

Surely one of these teams is playing that Sunday: Ajax, Bayern Munich, Benfica ----and ---- how could anyone overlook Nottingham Forest?

Sorry Muirton none of them play Sunday Nov 1st.

Quite so sir. The nationalism between the finalists will be equal to a Canada vs USA final (not in a million years). Twickenham will be wild on Saturday night.

Cynical and lame. How about the possibility that the people consider democracy is in their best interests? Enfranchisement is certainly worth a whole lot more to them in the long-term than 500 baht.

By the way, it's a myth that vote-buying influences elections in Thailand, but no doubt that's still on the list of items in the propaganda manual they gave you, along with the other two items.

Thanks for the bitter truth. How about the Lamphun Warriors?
