CIA director says he is "outraged" by hacking of his personal email account

WASHINGTON, Oct. 28 (Xinhua) -- The head of the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) said Tuesday he was "outraged" that his personal email account was hacked, insisting his experience showed everyone was vulnerable to cyber threats.

CIA Director John Brennan spoke about the incident for the first time at George Washington University. He criticized the media for covering it.

"I was also dismayed at how some of the media handled it and the inferences there were," said Brennan, who didn't name any particular media outlet and insisted he had done nothing wrong.

outraged, one would hope he is humiliated.

Poor baby. Now he knows how the rest of us feel when big brother hacks into our email.

Probably was done by his colleagues down at the "No Such Agency".. ;)

Dear sir,

You can "legally" (by US law) hack my e-mail account without my consent and without a court order, which I consider as an evasion of my privacy and which I consider as breaking the law. So according to me sir you are an hypocrite and lets hope they will continue to hack your account and expose you and your government for what you/they have become, a threat to liberty and personal freedom.

It's just a prank by the NSA to show your sense of humor, don't act so...hurt. Get back at them!

Outraged???

Then how does other ordinary people feels when their personal life gets hacked by CIA?

This is the very definition of irony.

Well, do tell me, in great detail - I might add, what does it feel like to get a taste of your own medicine, "sir"?!

He is no more "outraged" than the US public who has had to endure government meddling, hacking, and capturing private email and phone conversations for years...

How embarrassing to be the head of the US CIA hacking unit...and get hacked...good on you...

Looking at the world through their eyes there is them the godly few and then the rest of us poor slobs. Yes a class system does operate world wide. We all know our place in things and it stinks.

'The head of the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) said Tuesday he was "outraged" ... insisting his experience showed everyone was vulnerable to cyber threats.' They are, aren't they? And not surprisingly, many were more than a little outraged at having their privacy invaded by the likes of the NSA, and presumably the CIA ... particularly non-US citizens outside of the US.

'... Brennan ... insisted he had done nothing wrong.' Nor had most of those targeted for illegal spying operations.

If they manage an evasion of your privacy, lucky you. Look out when it's an invasion.

Som naw na, roflo, and screw you prick.

Strange coincidence that the new season of the Homeland series (which began 4 weeks ago) centers around hackers breaking into the CIA's system.

Yea, I bet he is miffed... only he can do that.

This director is a big baby I say Mrs Clinton should charnge his Diaper if she becomes President

Predictable lack of sympathy for the CIA Director in his time of such great anguish.

Maybe he should just keep quiet about it and pretend it isn't happening. Try:

" I have no recollection of that event"

haha

what a good piece of psychological warfare this is.

you dumsdums fell for this.. hook , line and sinker.

dumdumdum dee dum dee. Oh no....cia does not know how to encrypt/protect communications. Oh no!!! dum dum de fiddly dee.

Now we can all know what they know !!! duhhhhhhhhh., If this story is true, I guess Obama is now hiding his porn..as well.

I hope that someone will be able to release his browser and search history. I'd also like to get a gander at what he's been watching on TV and otherwise ordering online. Look, if he has nothing to hide he has nothing to worry about.

Now he knows what it feels like, to be snooped on daily. Outraged? So are we. By what he and the other so called "intelligence agencies" do daily.
