Deputy Police Chief seeks to enhance service quality of law enforcement personnel

BANGKOK: -- The Deputy Commissioner-General of the Royal Thai Police has attended a meeting to follow up on the progress of Phang Nga Police Division's program of enhancing the service quality of its law-enforcement personnel.

Deputy Commissioner-General Pol Gen Chalermkiat Sriworakha said the program is part of the government's policy of protecting the country's institutions, preserving stability, suppressing crime, eliminating drugs, reforming institutions and creating national unity.

He added that enhancing the service commitment of law-enforcement personnel will lead to the public's increased faith in and support for the Royal Thai Police.

First step: Find one honest man.

Tell me when to laugh

Do they have DL's ?

I notice the marked absence of any explanation of how they claim to enhance that service quality. Also, there is no committee appointed...there simply has to be a committee!

Dear Santa, I've been a good boy this year, so I am hoping you will leave a nice new Harley Davidson Electro-Glide Classic under the tree this year.......and help the DPC to clean up the RTP officers that are on your naughty list! rolleyes.gif

Do they need to enhance the service of brown envelopes upwards in the ranks... is that it..?

And it sounds like the cost of tea money is increasing.

The art of defending in indefensible continues its march forward undeterred by the inconvenience of reality.

"enhancing the service commitment of law-enforcement personnel"

Does that include frequent cash rewards throughout the year for doing their job?

That's really "mind boggling" isn't it re: getting a "reward" for doing their job? Seriously???? Oh wait ! TIT the "job description" of the Thai police might be ????? humnnnnnn can't really think what it might be - from the look of things.

Sums it up perfectly.

No, it means a correct and prompt wai together with a thank you immediately the tea-money or the small consideration offered to look the other way is handed over.
