scottyinthai
Hi all, I am sure I have read somewhere on here that it is possible to obtain a non-imm B visa as investor/partner in a business. I do not wish to have a work permit as I have no intention in working. Can anyone tell me if this is possible and maybe point me in the direction of a thread that may have already answered this question. Many Thanks. ubonjoe
You will not be able to get a multiple entry non-b visa at any nearby location without a work permit. You would probably have to apply for it in your home country. The basic requirements for getting a non-b for business purposes is here: http://www.mfa.go.th/main/en/services/4908/15388-Non-Immigrant-Visa-%22B%22-(for-Business-and.html

But I heard Sri Lanka and Bali were more likely to offer these as recently as last year.. Even home countries seem hit and miss on ME and the businesses documents insisted on.
