The second page asks for the name of the alien, so do I list myself as the alien?

Ok...yes...thanks. then you fill the form out...if you were a renter the building owner is responsible.

mcfish, you submit the TM.30, because you are the House Master, ie the chief possessor of the residence in your capacity as the owner and resident, as defined in section 4 of the Immigration Act.
