Should you have a voluntary vehicle insurance (i.e. 1^st, 2^nd or 3^rd Class) plus a P.A. policy then you can claim from 3 different policies.

One uses the Government (CTPL) first, then the voluntary and, if they are not enough, the P.A. policy.
