Suradit69
tis .... tis ...... a thai would never behave badly. But many farang react badly or post rants when they believe their cage has been rattled.
Suradit69
Quote : BANGKOK: -- Just when you thought the bad behaviour of Chinese tourists was a thing of the past 'you' ??? Who is that guy talking to ? I have yet to meet one person around Thailand who thinks that 'bad behaviour of chinese tourists is a thing of the past' ... if there is such a person, he/she must be living on Mars. "one person around Thailand ... if there is such a person, he/she must be living on Mars." Pick one or the other. Thailand or Mars.
ggt
Look, let's be honest...kicking animal cages, kicking animals on the street, defecating in public...breaking into the front of a line...being rude and crude...is what Chinese do well...they honestly have no idea how this offends other people...and if they did have a clue...they would not really care... These are the 'quality" tourists the Thais are courting...so learn to deal with it in a diplomatic manner...money talks!
tominbkk
Not really a zoo though. Shame on them for keeping the poor animals In dirty empty ages like that.
Jeremy50
The people who cage and profit from these wild animals, and the ignorant Chinese tourists, are all going to hell, that's the main thing.
BuckBee
so drugging them for photo shoots with tourists like thais do is perfectly all right is it.

RaoulDuke
Both the man and the cage are further proof that calling any person an animal is a tremendous insult to all animals. Humans truly are the worst kind of creatures, by far. Its a shame that the tiger is the endangered one.
easybullet3
he is holding a bottle of Milk... which i am SURE is sold by the Zoo.i highly doubt adults walk into a zoo with milk in a baby bottle to feed the animals.feeding animals with bottle milk is in most thai zoos. so, feeding the animals is not an issue. but kicking the cage is. it reminds me of the chinese guy harrasing the Guards at the Palace in London and then gets a Gun pointed at him!! [Video Link] but seriously: kicking a cage is bad and harrassing an animals. but its NOTHING in comparison to the way that animals are treated from farm to slaughterhouse to supermarket. honestly, this video is HYPOCRITICAL because almost all people complaining about it will sit down tonight and eat the dead flesh of an animal that was dragged, pulled, scared, frightened and killed with pain and fear... and then cut up into pieces and served up for your dinner. buying that meat you eat tonight is just as much contribution to the act of killing it. (in the same way that someone pays to see or witness an event).. without your payment, there is less demand. seriously,, this guy is bad. but no where near as bad as the people that condemn him. they are hypocrites. [video link of how animals are treated] I bet there is not one of you that can sit through this video and feel good about your personal link to animal cruelty. Thought this topic was about tigers and zoos? yes it is.and I am drawing a comparison of how hypocritical all the criticizers of this man are. Could be a few Vegans and veggies amongst them, who knows? yes, correct but i am talking about the masses... (the majority). sorry for not being exact. i was generalizing. but my Point is very valid, I think. freedom4life
This is just one man , not all Chinese are like this. By the looks of what he is wearing and the way he laugh he is clearly not 100 %. I do agree the zoo keepers should have kicked him out ! Sorry to burst your bubble..most of them are like this, in one way or another.
DogNo1
Someone in a news show recently commented that China is about the same size as the USA but with a billion more people living in it. Overcrowding is known to be very stressful. That and the horrendous pollution must drive them crazy!

jacko45k
I find pretty much the whole scene at these tiger zoos rather sad. Bad behaviour by an odd individual is to be expected, even if it is one in 100,000 that will soon be a significant number.
LomSak27
You wonder when the tipping point finally hits Granted the Chinese tourist is acting a boorish nerfherder but the Thai media loves this stuff. They have made it an institution for 17 years to feel OUTRAGED about tourists behavior. Everybody gets a lather on and feels outraged that they have, gasp, DISRESPECTED THAILAND. It was used for cheap populist politics at its start and as a deflection for many things they do. but now they can't seem to control it. The genie is out of the bottle. The Chinese were supposed to replace the Farang tourists which got sick of this tripe and stopped coming. I wonder of they will have a tourist industry in 10 years.
