Does the make it right? Can we really use Spain as a measuring stick? The country that was responsible for the Crusades? I used to know a guy who would visit Cuba back in the late 90's, when very few foreigners visited. He would cruise the countryside, looking for 13 and 14 years olds. He would then (in his fluent spanish) convince the parents to let him have their daughter. He would promise them a good life in America. Support. Assistance with their dire financial problems. They would often go along with it. He would have the girl, then leave, never to he heard from again. The law is an ass. In UK law, a 16 yr old boy having sex with a 15 yr old girl commits a criminal offence. She hits 16, maybe one day later, and a 70 yr old man can shag her, (with the help of little blue pills), and that's ok, legally at least.
