Not so long ago it was common to marry a 12 year-old, but because it was legal, they weren't considered a pedo. Now, a man having sex with a 16 year-old is considered a pedo. There seems to be this thing about older women teachers and young teen and pre-teen boys..

But for some reason.. they seem to have a different standard when it is a woman with a young teenage or pre-teen boy.. and those women get a lot less punishment than the man. Why would that be ? ?

Thai women can look decievingly young and a young thai teen looks very young. Does the make it right? Can we really use Spain as a measuring stick? The country that was responsible for the Crusades? The country that stole so much gold from the New World, that they were able to establish the first welfare state, and few had to work for nearly two centuries, from the stolen plunder? The country that brought so much disease to the New World, they essentially decimated both the Aztec and the Incan cultures, which has flourished for centuries. The country that bankrupted itself with its incessant attempts to conquer both France and the UK? Really? Is that the best we can do? Granted, I am rehashing some ancient history. But, at lease historically speaking, Spain is not a particularly good example of moral rectitude.

In reality just because something is legal, does not mean it is right. 13 and 14 year old girls are off limits to grown men, period. What is the reason for going there, besides a conquering mentality (speaking of Spain)? Let these girls have their adolescence. Leave them alone.

I used to know a guy who would visit Cuba back in the late 90's, when very few foreigners visited. He would cruise the countryside, looking for 13 and 14 years olds. He would then (in his fluent spanish) convince the parents to let him have their daughter. He would promise them a good life in America. Support. Assistance with their dire financial problems. They would often go along with it. He would have the girl, then leave, never to he heard from again. If that kind of thing was legal (it was not, since he was an American citizen, and subject to American law, regardless of where the citizen commits the act), would it have been correct? Of course not. It was abhorrent behavior.

The law is an ass. In UK law, a 16 yr old boy having sex with a 15 yr old girl commits a criminal offence. She hits 16, maybe one day later, and a 70 yr old man can shag her, (with the help of little blue pills), and that's ok, legally at least.
