And, even then, I disagree with you. Go on YouTube and search for motorcycle wheelie or any other dangerous/illegal activity. Tons of westerners post this stuff everyday.

Is it stupid? Yes. Are they hi-so? Do they think they're privileged because of their upbringing? Probably not based on the white-trashiness of some of the people.
