90 day report....last day?

Featured Replies

My next 90 day report is 1st of December according to the stamp. Is the last day that I can go 7th or 8th December ?

The last day would be the 7th that you could do the report without being fined for late reporting. They count the date the report is due in the 7 days allowed.

The rule on the immigration website is badly written. Immigration told me that they count day 90 as day 1 of the 7 days which means you have until the 7th.

The notification must be made within 15 days before or after 7 days the period of 90 days expires.

And Dec 7 the office is closed biggrin.png (substitute for Sat 5, kings birthday),

Not sure whether there is a grace rule for these cases? Guess not.

Can't you go early, any working day from now?

Well spotted. thumbsup.gif I don't think there's a grace period on the grace period. It would seem that the last day the OP can report without penalty would be Friday Dec 4th.

Forgot about the 7th being a holiday.

You are still within the window to do a online 90 day report if you do it today. Link for reporting: https://extranet.immigration.go.th/fn90online
