December 1, 201510 yr Its approaching that time of the year again so I searched for similar threads and there was an old one that suggested the usual suspects Big C, Tesco Lotus and Makro, but one suggested Amorn behind Icon Square as a good place to go. Unfortunately the thread was tools old so I wasn't able to continue the topic and have had to start a new thread. Any contributions most welcome.

December 1, 201510 yr Chiang Mai Plastic in Warorot Market and someone told me about another shop in Warorot with many holiday items, too, but I haven't seen for myself. I think it's on the street that's parallel to the river, first street from the river.
December 1, 201510 yr Chiang Mai Plastics by Worowat market has a big display of trees small to hotel sized... As we already have a tree I didn't really check pricing....But if it's the same as their other stuff it will be much more reasonable than the box stores.....
December 1, 201510 yr Noticed yesterday some small Christmas trees in the new stationery store on Huay Gaew about 30 yards west of the Shell gas station. Not sure about decorations for them, though. Oh....various colors including even a pink one.

December 1, 201510 yr Bought ours at Lotus Hang Dong last year, about 800B for a plastic 6ft job. The decorations were a few hundred, though the lights we bought there needed to be replaced by some from walking street. Only do it for the kid though.
