Yes, had the soame sort of problem last week, ordered gas, guy trundles up and refuses to accept our old bottle, claims too old. I argue that his company always delivers our refills for years, so they must have delivered an old tank.

I always tell my staff to make sure they delivery guys don't try to off load an old rusty bottle .... oh well

Once again, as times get tougher here, you can expect new scams and higher crime. One in the same, really.
