Sure enough, Highest EER at Siam TV is on an LG. at about 20. I'm leery, although my Indonesian made LG refrigerator serves a colder beer than any bar in the Province. Almost bought an LG 32" TV until I heard the sound, but Samsung says up to five dead pixels is normal. Did you buy at Siam?
