BANGKOK:-- The Central Administrative Court has dismissed the complaint of TOT labour union against the members of the National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission and related parties and persons to defend its right to continue using the 900MHz spectrum.

The union argued that these parties committed actions that limited TOT's right to continue using the spectrum after September.

The court decided that the union was not directly affected by the parties named in its complaint.
