Buy scrolling LED message board where?

Does anybody have suggestions on where in Pattaya to buy a scrolling LED message board for a shop / restaurant window, please?

One that can have the messages changed by the shop owner.

I have noticed a sign shop with various illuminated display signs, on Sukhumvit going North, left hand side, around the No 7 Bangkok road turn off ......just after the new Home Pro

There used to be a shop making them on 3rd road just south of the lights 3rd and Klang, not sure if it is still there as haven't been past for quite a while.

Coming up Klang from the beach, past big c, there is a shop displaying them outside on the right hand side.
