I'm disturbing you, but I need sure information.

I have a 90 days visa non immigrant O, so please tell me which kind of form I must fill in: TM 7 or TM87 to ask a one year visa non immigrant O multientry?

I'm was at Pattaya Immigration and at information desk they gave me the TM 7 form, but I'm not sure that is right.

Thanks.

If you want a 1 year extension of stay you need form TM7.

If you want a 1 year visa you need to apply from an embassy/consulate outside of Thailand.

The form you got is correct if you want to apply for a one year extension of stay based upon marriage. You will need 400k baht in a Thai bank for 2 months or proof of an income of 40k baht.

If you actually want a multiple entry non-o visa you will have to go to an embassy or consulate to get it.

The visa you want cannot be obtained in Thailand.

If you are married to a Thai a multi entry Non imm "O" visa can be obtained in Savannakhet , Laos

That answer is of course 100% correct.

But is it helpful to the OP?

Not quite easy to decipher the OP.

to ask a one year visa non immigrant O multientry

As the OP went to Pattaya immigration, it sounds like a one year extension, so TM7 is the correct form.

But hopefully the OP is aware that it requires a little more than just filling a form to get a one year extension (like money in the bank) and that the extension as such is not "multientry"?

No visa in Thailand as already written.

Maybe the op should explain exactly what he wants to obtain.

Yes, using the correct terminology is most useful in this sub forum.

No, Thai immigration officers and their website do not always use the correct terminology.

Yes, many posters confuse visa and extension of visa.

Yes, it was obvious what the OP meant.

No, it is not helpful to answer like one poster did, and he does this often.

Yes, it is very helpful to answer like Ubonjoe and Elviajero did.
