The Thai netizens are at it again. They have no clue as to whether an actual crime was committed. Just pure outrage sitting behind a mobile phone.

1. They don't know when the photo was taken.

2. They don't know the identity of the model.

3. They don't know the location where the photo was taken. It may not have even been taken in Thailand.

This could be a photo of a foreign model, taken in a foreign country, who just happened to be wearing some clothing and accessories that look like traditional Thai clothing. Why are the police even bothering with this? Didn't the PM issue a warning about spreading false rumors in social media?

I'm full of admiration when it comes to the heights Thai officialdom can reach when being so hypocritical. Do they ever consider cities like Pattaya wouldn't exist if 'the letter of the law' was applied across the whole spectrum of lurid activities there. Pattaya is not alone, as there are many other similar places in Thailand that produce revenue, taxation and livelihoods for thousand of Thais. Hypocrites, the whole lot, from top(less) to bottom(s).

There was a time in Siam, well before the idea came up to abolish slavery(!), when 'kind of a need' came up for the leading cast to look 'modern', 'evoluated', in the western-style, in the way to dress formally for the well-off men, ...and for, all, the ladies (//the 'good' christian missionaries from western countries in the 'happy' colonies of America, Africa, Oceania,...) to hide those 'unsightly' breast they had shown without any wrong intent for centuries and more, and the more so lower private parts just slightly draped away before...

While though, then still supposedly 'the philosophy of existence', its Maker taught it to be, no more, no less, some claimed to know what He was thinking, better, and thought it was a way to strenghten their grip on the people's minds (lifes and properties) and 'jumped on the wagon' deviating the original meaning of 'modesty' (for their profit)...

The one who said that: 'the sin is in the eye of the one who is watching it, not in the innocence of 'nudity' itself' obviously wasn't around there either...

In a country where prostitution is considered non-existing, where karaoke's are seen as places where (very young?) girls just and only sing for some bunch of flowers, where lady-bars are said to be places where gentlemen(?) having a drink can only enjoy the company and pleasant conversation of elegant ladies, where massage parlours are exclusively places to become gentle attention for, non-sexual, body parts in need of healing or relaxation, ...all that while I have been seeing figures clearly showing that, directly and indirectly, there are MILLIONS of people making a living from 'sex' in Thailand, it being the foremost generator of income in some large, populous, part of it...? Come on!
