Prayut to visit US in February, Russia in May

BANGKOK: Prime Minister Prayut Chan-o-cha will attend Asean-US summit in California in February, Foreign Minister Don Pramudwinai said Friday.

Then in March, Prayut will make a visit to the US again to attend a summit on nuclear security in Washington DC, Don added.

He said Prayut will also make an official visit to Russia in May as invited by Russian President Vladimir Putin.

The Thai prime minister will also attend the Asean-China summit in September, Don added.

Enjoy your stay.

Feel free to say what you wish....

You can even carry a firearm (issued upon arrival/or available with any purchase over 4 dollars at any supermarket).

And..please...insult our President...(it's fun and no jail for that !)

Don't mind our schoolgirls...they are outspoken, and might criticize stuff. We kind of reward them for doing that. (no interrogations). Space Mountain at Disneyland is trying to encourage more Thai tourism (the wealthy sort), so expect to pay 10 times more than locals.

Good for Prayuth not to drop by to see Obama as he is busy counting down his bad old days in next September.

Obama is already working on his book...which will, no doubt, be a worldwide success. Perhaps clarifying how it exactly happened that he became president for 2 consecutive terms. With all the criticism..it will be an interesting read. I don't expect that this visit by Mr Prayuth will be mentioned in it....however. Chances are that there will be zero sales in Thailand.

Much like an unwanted relative coming to stay in your house. You can't very well turn out the lights and lock the door in hopes that they will stay elsewhere.

It's a summit and not an open invitation for the unwanted guest to rummage around in the refrigerator while everyone is in bed sleeping.

More junkets than Mr T and Miss Y combined,a gov initiative to keep Thai Airlines viable maybe?

A side trip to Orlando to see how America's Disneyland compares the current dark one in Thailand perhaps?

Rather than be thought a fool, post nonsense and remove all doubt.

How many trips overseas did the former disgraced PM Yingluck make? A few more than the current PM.
