PattayaPhom
Chonburi and Bang Na freeways have been free for at least the past 4 years so good its the same again. With the amount of movement this time of year tailbacks would be horrendous if they wernt.

That would not surprise me, since nobody truly reads things thoroughly. The promise of no fees is for "transfers" and not for withdrawals. Of course, many expats will run out of beer or bar fine money, go to the ATM and then come on here whinging about the Thais always lying, stealing, etc Happy New Year ! How many transfers did you make? Since the standard fee is 30 Baht I'm guessing you made 4?

For every ray of light that shines and brings relief, some will find a dark cloud to block it out and cast the shadows of negative thinking.
