Is this AEON problem or my bank in the UK? Phoned the bank in the UK and they didn't say anything about contacting AEON? Thank for any advice.AEON problem. But other banks also had problem and one krung Sri in udon Thani, central Plaza took my card. Got it back later that same day. Now works flawlessly again same card in AEON Lampang, central Plaza. But I also have the experience of ATM just goes berserk. Reset, dies, restart, etc Guest they need software update to deal with newer cards. Your card had a chip?

No, it is just 150 THB for a maximum of 20,000 THB instead of 180 / 200 Baht at other machines, which may dispense larger amounts per transaction

I have a Visa and a debit card coming with these in them. I will go to a machine at a bank that is open to see if there is a problem with them if there is I can go into the bank. It is obviously an Aeon problem as there has been very little comment on other banks in Chiang Mai. Maybe they just don't service them as well as other machines.

Probably varies as krung Sri ate my card in udon Thani, and another brand atm also went berserk. AEON in Lampang is flawless on same card.
