BANGKOK, 29 December 2015 (NNT) -- The National Legislative Assembly has submitted a report intended to help with the charter drafting process, for the consideration of the Constitution Drafting Commission.

CDC President, Meechai Richupan on Monday received a report which is a compilation of collected opinions on charter drafting from the NLA’s Vice President Surachai Liengboonlertchai, who is the chairman of the special committee in charge of the preparation of the report.

After the meeting, Mr. Surachai told reporters that the report presented to the CDC President covers four main issues, including the origin and the election of members of parliament, the origin of senators, the origin of the prime minister and questions concerning the existence of the national reconciliation commission.

He added that the fact that the NLA and the CDC don't share the same opinion about how the new charter should be drafted, shows how they areindependent of each other and that the two bodies have really been listening to and including all ideas and opinions in their work.

The NLA and the CDC - two unelected, unrepresentative Junta appointed bodies full of the same type of inbred geriatrics with the same goal of producing a constitution that denies democracy i.e. anything but independent of each other!
