Outlook Problem

Featured Replies

Little help please.

I recently changed the password on my Yahoo and Gmail accounts which I access with Outlook, I've fed in the new passwords into the email settings of Outlook and now I can't access my messages with Outlook, a box keeps poping up asking for my user name and password which is correct again and again.

What have I missed??

Cheers...

I occasionally get the same problem. It appears to happen when my connection is slow. I try again later and everything works as normal.

I've had the same problem with Gmail recently. Kept getting the password popup over and over. I've thought since that maybe it was something to do with auto complete remembering the old password so maybe you could turn that off and delete old passwords in there.

Always check that you have G-mail set to allow POP access. With Gmail a reboot or trying another day can work but l gave up in the end, the account wasn't important to me so l just log in to Google once a week to check it.
