I know in the UK to work offshore you need a medical, BOSIET & MIST, what are the requirements for offshore work in USA ?

When I was there last year I just needed UKOA Medical and BOSIET

In addition to the health and safety certification mentioned, a non US citizen needs an endorsement issued by the US Coastguard before heading offshore in US waters and in addition may need a TWIC clearance (port security) depending on how transfers to-from offshore are handled.
