NanLaew Posted January 7, 2016 Share Posted January 7, 2016 In addition to the health and safety certification mentioned, a non US citizen needs an endorsement issued by the US Coastguard before heading offshore in US waters and in addition may need a TWIC clearance (port security) depending on how transfers to-from offshore are handled.
