Paris terror attacks directed from Brussels by 'Bouzid' and 'Kayal'

PARIS: -- Reports from Belgium say investigators believe they have almost certainly uncovered the faces of two suspects who directed the Paris terror attacks from Brussels.

According to ‘La Libre Belgique’, the pair’s false identities have also been revealed as “Samir Bouzid” and “Soufiane Kayal”, although their real names, nationalities and current whereabouts aren’t known.

Quoting a source close to the investigation, the paper says a wanted notice was issued for the men in early December.

The claims have not been confirmed by Belgian prosecutors.

The French paper Le Monde has already reported that the three terrorist teams were coordinated in real time from the Belgian capital.

It said at least one man in Belgium was involved in directing the atrocities that killed 130 people and seriously injured 350.

According to “La Libre Belgique”, it is now believed there were two.

It’s thought the two men were older than the presumed attack leader Abdelhamid Abaaoud – and had accompanied missing suspect Salah Abdeslam on the Austrian-Hungarian border in September.

The paper says the two suspects transferred 750 euros to Hasna Ait Boulahcen, Abaaoud’s cousin, from a Brussels branch of the Western Union on November 17. The following day she and Abaaoud were killed in a police assault on an apartment block in the Paris suburb of St Denis.
