jimcarr65
I have a Non B with a 1 year extension based on work. My job finishes on February 12th and my WP expires on February 15th. Can I just let my work permit expire and not bother canceling it since my job ends first?. Or do I actually have to physically go into the labor office and tell them. blackcab
I let mine expire. It was no problem but when I started my next job they wanted me to cancel it as part of the application process. They also wanted the permit returned to them at the same time.
schondie
I've been working here for around ten years and I've never returned a WP to the Labour Department. I don't think anybody really cares about that 1000 baht fine.
