Eclipse
Pop over to Laos and get a Tourist Visa from Embassy/Consulate. This will give 60 days and can be extended by 30 days.
elviajero
If you're married or have Thai children you could get a 60 day extension. If not then you'll have to exit Thailand. You could go OUT/IN and receive a 15/30 day (G7 countries get 30 days at land borders. Everyone gets 30 days at airports) visa exempt entry that can be extended by 30 days at immigration. Go to a nearby embassy/consulate and buy a new single entry tourist visa (1,000) baht. That will give you another 60 days plus the option of a 30 day extension. flyingdoc
Is there actually a legally enforeceable limit to the number of entries into LOS each year if every visit is under 30 days?
Eclipse
There is no limit but after a few they will start asking questions.
elviajero
Is there actually a legally enforeceable limit to the number of entries into LOS each year if every visit is under 30 days? I assume you mean 30 days visa exempt entries. At some borders there is a limit of 90 days in any 180 days otherwise no. The immigration computer system is currently flagging people with 6 or more visa exempt entries. Reportedly 6 of more than 10 days in 1 year. If flagged the IO is being asked to interview the person about their activities in Thailand. If the IO believes the person is working in Thailand (no proof needed) they can legally deny entry.
