90 days registration, how days before

Featured Replies

Hi

My question is simple.

I can't do our 90 days on the week it is required 9th Feb. I would like to do it a month earlier. Is it possible or Immigration will say no?

How many days before can you do it via the Internet?

15 days before and 7 days after.

15 days before or 7 days after the date. If you are not yet in the system...you will not be able to use the online system the first time and you must do it at least a week in advance online.

You can report in person from Tue, 26 JAN to Mon, 15 FEB.

You can report via internet from Tue, 26 JAN to Tue, 2 FEB (if applicable).

(due date is included in the 15 / 7 count)

If you can't do it in person within the 15 days before or 7 days after, or online you could post it.

You don't need to send the original passport, just copies. So you could prepare everything and leave it with someone to post for you to arrive within 15 to 10 days before the due date.

if you go out before the 90 day report time and come back in after then the 90 day report would start again upon your return if I am not mistaken but make sure you either have a multiply entry visa or re-entry permit. Is this not correct?

You are correct.
