I've worked at the same school on a Non-Im B Visa for the last twelve years, but it looks as if I won't be able to go the same route again this year. The school wants to employ me, but the Labour Office may not be able to, although they are helpful and have been flexible over the last couple of years. If I'm unable to go the WP to Visa route, I'll need to get a marriage visa and then TRY to get a WP with that!!!
