I currently have 2 True Vision remote controls. Both are in need of repair or replacement - I have gorilla fingers. Enquiries at True indicate 750THB for a replacement.

One of my questions to the Forum is are there alternative's eg a non-True remote.

The other is can you have remotes' repaired and if so where ?

My True remote started playing last week, took to true shop given new one no charge. I have been a customer for over 10 years.

I made an inquiry about getting replacement at a true shop once, the staff there told me that had I brought the old remote over they would replace it right there and then, but I didn't so they made a booking/service/repair order for a technician to come over and swap it for me... it's all free of charge. I'm on the gold package, don't know if that's a factor
