BTW, an organisation I'm working for as a volunteer, called DHV ( German help agency) gave this freak enough money to party a few weeks.

Which seems to be the reason why people who're really in an emergency situation don't get anything.

The Thais should put a bounty on these two and see how long before they are flushed out.

Given their track record so far, it probably won't be long before they surface again.
