Squash courts in Chiang Mai with rackets/balls for rent

Hi,

I've seen older posts (2013) about where to play squash in Chiang Mai but I was just wondering if anyone would have an update on where to play but also where rental rackets/balls are available.

From what I've read, Gymkhana, Thung hotel, Imperial hotel and Mae Jo university have courts each with pros and cons so I'm wondering if these are still the places to go to and which ones have rackets to rent. I imagine new rackets are not too expensive but having played only once I'd like to have a few more games at least before buying.
