Maestro
Can you legally be a company director of a thai limited company without workpermit and hold a retirement visa?Yes, if you are not working in Thailand. You apply for a retirement visa, official name “non-immigrant OA visa”, at a Thai embassy. If you are already in Thailand on a non-immigrant visa, you apply at any immigration office for an extension for the reason of retirement. If you are in Thailand on any other visa or on a visa-exempt 30-day stamp on entry, apply at any immigration office for a change of visa to non-immigrant-O and then for an extension for the reason of retirement. --------------- Maestro
