90 Day Online "Status"

When checking your status online, does it show "all" of your submissions, past and present, or should it only show your current application?

Today I have attempted an application and after filling in all the fields on the first page along with the verification code and hitting the submit button, I'm prompted with a pop up box to contact

my local immigration office for further information?

When checking my status it shows my only previous online application as rejected. I went to Promenada in person and obtained my current slip which expires 9th Feb.

I'm wondering if this previous status is blocking my progress on submitting another online application?

Has anyone else had this cliché?

It will show all your online applications, approvals and denials. Your rejected one would not keep you from doing another online application.

You are outside the 15 to 7 days before your report date to do an application. That might be why you cannot do it today.

Try again in a day or 2 and see if it works for you. There have been reports of people getting that message and trying later and were able get it done.

I think you are right about me being outside of 15 days, even though Feb 9th is 15 days from today, when I took a look

at the online user guide, their 15 day example counts back to "14" days from the due date, so will take your advice and try

again tomorrow.

Submitted my online report this morning using I.E as I initially attempted using Edge, which was best described as hesitant.

Chiang Mai is my reporting office and I'm pleased to say I received a status email from them, saying my application

had been approved. Time lapse between submitting and receiving status email 3.5 hours !

Well done CM Immigration on this one !
