British Passport Renewal

I have today received some potentially good news from HMPO Bangkok.

In response to a question from me as to whether an applicant must attend personally to initiate a passport renewal, their reply was that this is not necessary. I may use a third party providing they present an authorising letter from the applicant.

As I said, this is potentially good news as, living in Udon Thani, I really would like to avoid two trips to Bangkok.​

What I need to find now is a suitable agency that can handle this on my behalf. Does anyone on this forum know of such an agency in Bangkok who can carry out this service? I would be very pleased to hear from you.
